Well.. a quite good way would be to rar/zip your compromising files (if you want with a password), then rename the file from xyz.rar to cache.tmp (or whatever you like

). ´
[if you don't see the file extensions in windows explorer go to control panel>View>Folder Options and check that theres no mark at "Hide extensions for known file types".
You can view this option in the picture from supersours first post (right below the hidden files):

Now - because a cache file on your desktop
is suspicious - just stuff it somewhere into C:\Documents and Settings\
your username\Application Data or whatever.
Noone is going to find that. And if someone does they would think its a cache file..
At least it will definitively work on your average parents, sis, bro, grandma, dog..
