[Guide] Mon's Guide to Making Perfect Spicy Ramen

What you will need
►1 packet of Oriental flavored Ramen
►1 Bottle of FRANK'S® RedHot® - Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
►A bowel large enough to accommodate an unbroken block of Ramen
►Access to a microwave
►Access to clean water
►Access to a sink
►A paper plate
►A Fork
►An empty stomach

The Process
1. Open the ramen packet, and place the ramen block in the bowl.


2. Fill the bowl with water, untill it just covers the block of ramen.


3. Place bowl in microwave, and microwave on high for 2 minutes 20 seconds, and flip the ramen block over after 1 minute and 10 seconds.




4. Remove the bowl from microwave when it is finished cooking.

5. Cover the bowl with a paper plate and let sit for about 2 and 1/2 minutes.


6. Using the paper plate to keep the ramen in the bowel, pour the water into a sink, then depending on whether you like you ramen in the soup, or without much water, replace water as you see fit.

7. Empty the oriental flavor packet into the bowel, and mix thoroughly.


8. Add 1-3 teaspoons of FRANK'S® RedHot® - Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce, and stir.


9. Eat, and enjoy!

Tips
You can add more, or take away some of the hot sauce depending upon your preference, but the amount I described should be just right for most people.

You may want to use oven mitts to pour the water out of the bowl, because the bowl will be hot!

If it is too spicy, keep a piece of bread nearby, bread takes hot tastes away, drinking water will only make it worse.

Bwahah, if only my sister didn't eat my Ramen, I love spicy, and I love Ramen, gonna try this

o.O, I usually add the flavor packet with the water still in it. Then empty the water as needed. Adding water will most likely make it less delicious I don't know. I usually make them in a pot on the stove top so.

Removing the water, then adding fresh water makes it a bit more healthy, because the oils from the ramen go into the water when you cook it, and getting rid of those oils is probably a good thing, because I'm sure they can't be too healthy for someone.. although the ramen itself isn't too healthy anyways, but that would make it ever so slightly less unhealthy. And It doesn't really affect the taste, not that I have noticed anyways.

P.S. If you add the flavoring before you pour the water out, you will lose most of the flavoring in the water.

Lol who cares about health xD. I've never had ramen with hot sauce though...I'll try it sometime soon.

People have their preferences, I personally like my ramen with very little water in it, I feel that too much water dilutes the flavor. Others, like you and fandango, like it with a decent amount of water.
