New rule - concering rep and rep power.
When you offer rep to someone you can only offer them 1-whatever your rep power is.
It was a few days ago when I noticed some members (lower and higher ranked) saying "I'll rep you twice" or say their rep power was 3, they would say "+6rep to whoever..." The rule is you can only offer the amount of rep, your rep power allows ONCE and no more, if you rep someone twice for the same favour, you will be infracted.
