New Rep Rules.
Since there has been a lot of phony rep going around we've decided to establish some rules to prevent false repping.
Full rep allowed for programs Full rep allowed to outstanding (preferably unique) guides that are very in-depth and with screenies! Max 5 rep for a guide that's rated as average or below average Max 10 rep for a great guide with very well written text and easy to follow Max 1 rep per newbie accounts with a MAXIMUM Of 3 Rep Points. Max 5 rep for easy homework Max 10 rep for somewhat difficult homework Max 15 rep for hard homework Full rep allowed for doing a full report/essay Full rep allowed for any very good addition to the site (ex: successful contests and good suggestions) Max rep of 3 per any gfx request filled. You also cannot rep for making emails anymore because its pretty much selling rep and too easy of a thing to get rep for. Please notice that i said ALLOWED, meaning full rep isn't something you HAVE to give  Also of note: You may not give rep upon successful completion of a trade. That's what TRADE REP is for.
