Time management is very hard, but you get better with it if you consciously put an effort into it.
When I need to get something done, I always set away a certain amount of time for it. I set my alarm on my cell phone for that much time and do the most that I can with the time I gave myself to do it. If I am really fed up with it after that time, then I stop and will return to it later. But usually, I go through and finish it just because I always want to finish what I start.

Use a diary or something to schedual what needs to be done and allocate times for each activity but actually try and stick to it.. i wish i could follow my own advice. good luck!
