Short Guide on Smart Ones. This has worked for me so here you go!

Smart Ones (:

Smart ones are one of Weight Watchers Products. I have found that they are not only delicious, but they really help. They are filling and really help me through the day. They are microwavable meals.

[*]Where do you find Smart Ones?
At your local Grocery Store at the frozen food section.

Shedule

• Breakfast
  I usually start off with 100 Calorie Thomas English Muffins.

  I put low fat peanut butter on them. I aslo have one kind of fruit. Bannana, Orange, Apple, ect. I drink either water or Orange Juice.
  
  
• Morning Excersise
  Nothing really heavy. Just go out for a light jog. Its good to go with either a running group or a friend. (:
  
  
• Lunch
  I eat one of the meals and a water. If you are at work, and there is no microwave, just bring either fruits or a sandwhich with whole wheat bread and a good meat.
  
  
• Mid-Day Excersise
  Again no big deal. Just a walk or just do some curl ups.
  
  
• Dinner
  Dinner I have two of the Smart Ones meals and a salad. You can drink whatever you would like aslong its not hard liquor.
  
  
• End of the day Excersise
  I just go for a nice walk. I sometimes take my dog with me. If you do not have time or space for a walk run on a treadmill, ride a bike, do whatever to get yourself moving.
  
  
• Before Bed
  Smart Ones has desert too. I usually eat one of those and do some curl ups or push ups next to my bed. XD
  
  
• MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH SLEEP
  When you are rested up, you are more likley to stick with your diet and achieve your goal of weight loss.

I love this! And I'm going to use it. I also love weight watchers. I tend to eat a LOT of the Smart Ones meals because not only am I on weight watchers, but I am diabetic and its hard for me to sit here and try to figure out calories, so when I'm lazy smart ones are perfect! I think you should clean it up more and use some more colors. Maybe make the bolded areas a different color and use emot arrows or something to make it look snazzy. otherwise, i think im going to use this. its really easy, and i hope it works. ill have to let you know!

you should be cautious when consuming those.. they are loaded with sodium and preservatives among other chemicals that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Yes, they may be "low in calories" or whatever... mainly because theres nothing in those frozen packages.
