function to see if there isn't already a thread regarding to the situation,
or to see if your suggestion hasn't been already suggested.



This is for serious discussion, and serious suggestions, if
your question/suggestion has been already made multiple times the thread
will be moved to spam section.

And please, read the rules and the most important announcements
to avoid suggesting something that has already been implemented, and
to avoid questions regarding to something that has been pointed
out in the rules, for example: facts about rep or premium.

If it is regarding to a forum modification suggestion you should search
in the Vbulletin modifications site to see if it is compatible with the current version being used
(3.07 at the moment)

You need to add that if it's for a forum modification suggestion, that they should search the Vbulletin Modification site, to see if it's compatible with 3.07 or whatever the version we are currently using is.

Nice suggestion, I'll add it it is basically to avoid newbies asking the same questions over and over again so feel free to edit it if you think that something needs to be added
