Remove Forum Games

i will agree that pointless posting can sometimes be annoying, and I can understand being angry when your stuck with a low activity from the forum gamers.

i wouldn't mind some kind of limits, though,
like, what about making it like the arcade?
5 non spam posts before you get to go play forum games?
that would increase the activity around the site, and still give people something to do when they got really, really bored.

I don't think a whole forum section should be deleted just cause someone is requesting it,
the solution to all pf this si simple, stop using it and that is all, forum games was never a problem in the past

So just stop the fucking drama everyone, you can share your opinion but there is something
called respect, and you can google it in case you don't know what it means

Aren't you all over-reacting over this? If I recall right, the Forum Games are in the spam section, right? So what are you over-reacting over something as little as this? I mean, it's just simple fun members can have without getting in trouble for spamming and whatnot. Now, I'm not Level 3 and I probably never will be, but why take something away that 95-99% of the forum enjoys? Forum Games... They keep members occupied, in my opinion anyways. :\

Actually no. I really couldn't care less about the activity bar.
Whether it's 99% or 9%.

Plus I do agree, it really is an illusion. I've had my power cut off for a few days now and it's still at 99%. Weird.

Again, no I don't think this is about the activity being a sought-after thing.
I just think that it's weird having Forum Games dictate who the latest spammer was when that probably wasn't the pre-intention of the bar in the first place.

But since I see that majority does think that Point number 1 in my first post is overwritten, then I see that there is no true logic in removing something which serves it's purpose.

I am closing this thread. Due to the ongoing drama. Sorry Tim, but forum games will stay unless CheeSie wants them gone.

Forum activity isn't about the activity bar. Believe me, I'm here every day, and my bar barely goes over 30 percent.

All this hoo-ha about 'activity'. You cannot measure a person's value based on how much they post. A lot of people only respond to threads they feel like they have something to contribute to. I mean honestly, what's better? Someone who posts in every thread with meaningless crap, or someone who reads but stays reserved. A lot of y'all are far too hooked up on activity. Quality > quantity.
