I like it. =) But I think it looks a bit bland without a render... so perhaps make your name bigger/centered to bring focus onto... something?

I love it. I love the blue, it looks alot like the ocean, the light from one area alone and all. The brushes are very nicely placed and chosen, the simple splatter effect really is quite fitting. The text looks okay, except I think you should change the font, because the current one looks a little... plain? Can't think of the word, but it doesent really match. Anyways, nice job, the simplicity of your border is a nice touch.
