How to Hide your iPod Touch/iPhone Apps. [Without using Hidepod and have to pay for it]

This guide is going to show you how to HIDE your applications on your iPod Touch/iPhone!

Requirements:

- iPhone/iPod Touch
- Jailbroken'd it
- Dock Application (Go to all packages)
- Poof Application (You need to Type this in Sources if you do not have this already: http://thebigboss.org/repo.xml.

How To Do It Now!

Okay, First of all you need to download the Dock Application Which looks like this after you get out of the Installer App. (at the Shiny-sunlike thing):



Then you need to download a Application called "Poof!" which looks like this:

Now, that was very Simple!
First, you have to go into the Poof App. and HIDE ANY application by clicking the little ( - ) Button and click DELETE. (Do not worry it will only hide the application!).
- If you want to unhide the app all you have to do is to tap your finger on the <Hidden| Botton and Tap on your Hidden apps at the moment.
After you have chosen to hide a application, all you have to do is also hide the poof app.
After you have done that, you have to press the home botton to get away from the app.

Now you are wondering How the Heck are you going to get Poof app again, or to the application you have just hidden?

Easy. Now this is why you need the Dock app. You have to hold your finger on the bottom right of your iPod touch (on that little shiny Sunlike thing) and move it on a rotation like this:

Now. You will find all of your application that is hidden and even the not hidden apps! You can go to your Hidden application and scroll to it, and go to it . You can even get to the Poof! app again!

Now you can just go to the Poof! app and just hide some more apps that your parents wont allow you to have OR unhide some!

OTHER WAY! - With HidePod!

Requirements:

- iPhone/iPod Touch
- Jailbroken'd it
- Dock Application (Go to all packages)
- HidePod Application (DO not have to buy it).

Okay, it is the same thing with using the Dock app. BUT you use the HidePod App! Put in the pw. (Mine is .2539. because it spells Alex My name, and it is easy to remember).

When you access the HidePod app. Press Preferences (top right) and change your pw to the disered pw you want, and Tap the "Replace Calculator" to ON so the app looks like a calculator.
(This is important when you use the Dock app. It will not say HidePod. It will say Calculator!)

Now tap the <HidePod| to go back and now you can hide videos and apps too! Same thing as the Poof! app, Hide the HidePod Application and use the Dock app to get to your HidePod app and Hidden applications!

Done!

i tried it, and it was talking about activating and some crap.
i thought you had to pay for it...
but how do you use it without having to pay?

aaah. When you go into Hidepod, DO NOT press Start YET. You will see a message that says "

HidePod
Welcome to HidePod Unregistered
Hide your pictures and Videos

The Password is ".####." -- All you do is Type in the calculator .####. --- then the other Dot too at the very end when u typed in the password
