I'm having connectivity issues.

Okay, so...
The past few days my Internet has been very funny.
I didn't know what's going on with it, until today--

Everytime I open Ares; my Internet doesn't respond on the browsers; but it still allows me to download stuff.
When I close Ares, I can browse the internet just fine.
I have always used Ares and it hasn't ever affected my PC in this way before.

What could the problem be?
