Which is better PS3 or Xbox 360?

I like ps3 because of the games it has and what it can do. But xbox isn't bad either. The only problem is that ps3 is expensive.

LOL Xbox360 idk any1 with a ps3 they dont have many games out for ps3 compared to xbox360 athleast and the xbox is, as if jesus made it (DDR FTW)

I'd defiantly choose the Xbox 360. The online game play is just awesome, it's a lot more competitive than PS3's live service. It may not be free but it's worth the price.

Wii, Nintendo is bringing new technology to the front, where as Xbox and PS lines only masturbate out graphics and call it good.

Although none of the consoles are doing very well to keep the attention of the core gamers anymore.

Yup, I am an Xbox hater too! YAY!
But putting that aside...
If you ABSOLUTELY LOADED then I would suggest a PS3 or if you like you graphics "very good" then get a PS3. The games are quite good (GTA4, COD4, Hive...).
The Xbox is probably for the more moderately LoAdEd people or Halo addicts.
The Xbox 360 and the PS3 have almost the same range of games.
I still have a PS3 and i probably never going to change to Xbox, always Sony and Mac

But the thing is the majority of Wii games are for little kids so they don't appeal to many teenage gamers. PS3 has MGS4, Xbox 360 has Halo 3 GoW and GoW2. I don't think Wii even has Rainbow Six Vegas 2.

I hate FPSs, but I weighed up the pros and cons of each (can't be bothered to post them), and the 360 pulled it out.

I would have to say the Xbox 360, the main reason being Achievements and Xbox Live.

Reward Systems
Well, Achievements are just the greatest thing ever basically, you get Gamerscore for every achievement. Some of them are easy, some of them are hard. There is more challenge to it!

Yeah, the PS3 has Trophies, but if the 360 didn't make achievements, I assure you the PS3 wouldn't have made the Trophy system, there is no reward for the Trophies and no overall score, rendering it pretty useless, plus every game doesn't have them, while every game on the Xbox comes with 1000G

Don't make me start with the online play, Xbox wins by mainstream online capability straight away, just because of, you guessed it, Halo 3.

Like alotta other people, I would say Wii, but I guess that's not an option.

PS3 is second best. Graphics are a lot better than Xbox and can play Blu-Ray disks. It kinda like an all in one. Xbox is just for Halo.
