The Simple answer
Xbox 360 The not so simple answer I think the Xbox 360 is the better consle, because more people own the 360, it is cheaper, also I think that it has the best games. There are also rumors going around about Xbox Live soon becoming free. The PS3 is only good for the sports games, which I despise anyways.

I'd probably have to say 360 although I own a ps3, the games are no different at all. Probably down to developers not bothering to optimise on games which go on both systems.
The things that ps3 does have over the xbox are minimal, the web browser is absolutely terrible. It's basically like the web browser on a WAP phone... and hang on... I think that's all I can think of that it has that the xbox doesn't. Blu-ray, meh.. I don't care. I'm only a casual gamer I guess, but I hardly ever play on my ps3. It doesn't draw me, maybe an xbox 360 would. I'll wait 'till little big planet comes out or something, maybe that'll rekindle my love.

Id have to say ps3, but I'm just an xbox hater. The only thing you ever hear about 360 is HALOHALOHALO. I don't really like the 360 controllers either.

 All my friends have it and Its got better Live shit good games! and it has many exclusives as well as stealing some of ps3 only exclusives

I WOULD SAY GET A WII
But since your not even interested, it comed down to 2 things, PRice and Video Game Genre XBOX360: First Person Shooting Ps3: Bluray Movies and Multiplayer And also Graphics as well Each system has their own special game so we really cant determine it for you.
