i woudl say the blackberry. this is cuz the razr's are terrible. i had one. xP it was only about 4 months after i bought it that the screen filled up with dust. it was impossible to see anything on teh screen. also, the camera on the razr sucks, and the phone itself literally falls apart after a year. x(
