however Sony did release one mini OLED TV just to show off xD
expect this technology to be implemented in house hold product around 3-5 years time..

I wouldn't say the iPhone is the best either, it was basically pulling everything together and making it more consumer friendly. Not much actual new tech.

I would go for NVRAM, which I believe is coming out this year inbuilt into a motherboard. Basically it's RAM that doesn't forget when you turn the computer off, so startup time is reduced to near nothing.NVRAM with near instant bootup onto the internet.
I think that'll be the biggest change in the new future in tech because it'll open up a lot more types of computer, mostly portable and probably a lot of discount ones for people who just want to browse the internet.
Instant bootup laptop that isn't suspended, yay.
